As a Senior Lead Software Engineer, Fullstack (Nodejs/Go/Angularjs), you will join the Risk Tech team to build and deploy proprietary risk management solutions powered by state-of-the-art AI technology. You will lead a portfolio of diverse projects and a team of developers with experience in distributed microservices and full stack systems to meet regulatory needs. Your daily responsibilities include collaborating with product managers, mentoring engineers, and developing robust cloud-based solutions. The role requires proficiency in JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, alongside experience with Open Source RDBMS, NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and various AWS tools. You will work within the GRC domain to develop data-driven tools that utilize machine learning to prevent risks and automatically detect issues before they impact customers or business operations.

What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of experienced developers.
Build and deploy proprietary risk management solutions powered by state-of-the-art AI technology.
Develop distributed microservices and full-stack systems to meet corporate regulatory needs.
Deliver robust cloud-based solutions using AWS tools and services for large-scale customer experiences.
Write, review, and evaluate code using languages like Nodejs, Go, Java, and Python.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and share knowledge on emerging tech trends.
Integrate machine learning models to detect risks and automate issue detection.

What we're looking for

At least 6 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
9+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, AngularJs, NodeJs, Java, TypeScript, SQL, or Go.
4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service.
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks.
1+ years of people management experience.
2+ years of experience in Agile practices.
Bachelor’s Degree.
