As a Senior Lead Software Engineer – Full Stack/Infrastructure, you will join the Infrastructure Platforms team within the Corporate Sector. What you'll do

Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using Java, Python, Node.js, and modern front-end frameworks.
Architect scalable backend services and RESTful APIs with a focus on performance and resiliency.
Drive platform engineering initiatives including CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and infrastructure-as-code.
Develop AI models for capacity forecasting, anomaly detection, and simulation test classification.
Integrate ML models into infrastructure platforms to enable predictive alerts and dynamic workload orchestration.
Maintain and optimize VMware environments using automation-first principles.
Architect and implement automation workflows for provisioning, monitoring, and compliance enforcement.
Develop secure production code and perform code reviews and debugging for other engineers.

What we're looking for

Formal training and certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
2+ years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items within a domain of expertise.
Proficiency in Java, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL/NoSQL, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Express.js, and React/Angular.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, event-driven architectures, and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), and MLOps tools.
Experience deploying and monitoring LLMs using RAG, vector databases, and GPT-based models.
Knowledge of AI, risk, bias mitigation, and model governance frameworks.
Practical cloud native experience (preferred).
