What you'll do

Provide technical guidance and direction to business teams, contractors, and vendors.
Spearhead a greenfield initiative using AI to transform the storage and analysis of loan documentation.
Collaborate with global stakeholders in Trading and Operations to improve internal and client-facing platforms.
Re-engineer and re-architect existing systems to improve performance, availability, and scalability.
Identify and implement solutions for recurring issues to improve overall operational stability.
Lead design and architecture discussions to integrate new technologies into complex business deliveries.
Advocate for firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices within the Software Development Life Cycle.

What we're looking for

Degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or equivalent experience.
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Advanced proficiency in Python and React.
Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming languages.
Solid understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, application resiliency, and system integration.
Experience with TypeScript (preferred).
Familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS, order management/trading interfaces, Athena, and equity-based loans (preferred).
