What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and guide a team of developers in building distributed microservices.
Design and deliver robust cloud-based solutions to provide personalized experiences across omnichannel platforms.
Direct the design, development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions using AI technologies and large language models.
Implement sound data design practices within cloud infrastructure to support high-performance software solutions.
Develop features enhanced by Artificial Intelligence and utilize advanced LLM capabilities to drive engineering productivity.
Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure all technical solutions are performant and maintainable.
Mentor the engineering community to foster growth and technical excellence across the organization.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
7+ years of experience in at least one of Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, TypeScript, or SQL.
3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service.
4+ years of experience leading technical direction and executing large scale projects across multiple engineering teams.
1+ years of experience working with big data ETL using Dataflow, AWS Glue, or Databricks.
1+ years of experience in prompt engineering or developing features enhanced by Artificial Intelligence.
Work authorization that require immigration support from an employer.
