This role solves the business problem of delivering scalable, high-performance software to provide personalized financial empowerment.

What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and guide developers in building distributed microservices and full stack systems.
Design and deliver robust cloud-based solutions to create personalized consumer experiences across omnichannel platforms.
Direct the design, development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions using AI technologies and large language models.
Develop high-performance software solutions using Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, and advanced AWS ecosystems.
Apply sound data design practices to all technical implementations and cloud infrastructure projects.
Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure all technical solutions are performant and maintainable.
Mentor the engineering community to champion professional growth and technical excellence.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
Master's Degree (preferred).
7+ years of experience in at least one of Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, TypeScript, or SQL (preferred).
3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service (preferred).
4+ years of experience leading technical direction and executing large scale projects across multiple engineering teams (preferred).
2+ years of experience in Agile practices (preferred).
