JOB TITLE: Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack The Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack joins the Marketing and Messaging organization to engineer hyper-personalized consumer experiences across omnichannel platforms. The position requires leveraging a technical stack including Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, TypeScript, and SQL, alongside AWS, GCP, Azure, and open source frameworks. You will also utilize big data ETL tools like Dataflow, AWS Glue, or Databricks. The work focuses on building scalable platforms to deliver personalized messages and driving innovation through generative AI and prompt engineering.

What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and guide a team of developers in building distributed microservices.
Design and deliver robust cloud-based solutions to create personalized consumer experiences across omnichannel platforms.
Direct the design, development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions using AI technologies and large language models.
Apply sound data design practices while building scalable platforms for high-impact messaging.
Develop high-performance software solutions using Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, and AWS infrastructure.
Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure all technical solutions are performant and maintainable.
Mentor engineering team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
Master’s Degree (preferred).
7+ years of experience in at least one of Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, TypeScript, or SQL (preferred).
3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service (preferred).
4+ years of experience leading technical direction and executing large scale projects across multiple engineering teams (preferred).
4+ years of experience working with various open source frameworks (preferred).
