What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using C/C++.
Create comprehensive test plans and develop automated unit tests using Google Test.
Execute functional, integration, system, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Perform root cause analysis to identify defects and drive issues through resolution.
Support production systems through troubleshooting, incident response, and on-call participation.
Mentor and coach junior engineers to foster technical growth and engineering excellence.
Produce detailed technical designs, implementation plans, and documentation for stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and increased engineering efficiency.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong software development experience using C/C++.
Experience developing applications and tests for highly available, performance-sensitive systems.
Proven experience developing and executing functional, integration, system, and UAT testing.
Proficiency in scripting languages, preferably Shell scripting.
Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and command-line tools.
Ability to mentor engineers and influence technical direction through leadership and collaboration.
Java experience is also valued (preferred).
