What you'll do

Design and deliver scalable, resilient, and secure full-stack applications aligned with enterprise technology strategies.
Own the end-to-end architecture and technical direction for the application lifecycle.
Develop complex front-end and back-end solutions ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability.
Translate business objectives into sustainable technical solutions by partnering with Product, UX, and DevOps teams.
Establish and champion engineering standards for code quality, testing, security, and operational best practices.
Mentor engineers by providing architectural guidance, conducting design reviews, and fostering engineering excellence.
Identify opportunities to modernize platforms and improve engineering efficiency to deliver measurable business impact.

What we're looking for

Expertise in full-stack software engineering using Java/Spring Boot and/or Python/Django with Angular, React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Experience in software architecture and system design, including API contracts, data models, and non-functional requirements for scalability and security.
Proven experience designing backend services and RESTful APIs, including authentication, business logic, and third-party integrations.
Knowledge of cloud and DevOps practices using Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, and AWS or Azure.
Experience driving engineering quality through automated testing, code quality standards, observability, and secure coding practices.
Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience to influence architecture, establish standards, and coach engineers.
Experience driving application performance, reliability, observability, and production operations (preferred).
Strong understanding of secure-by-design development practices and enterprise security standards (preferred).
