What you'll do

Design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure full-stack applications aligned with enterprise technology strategies.
Own the end-to-end architecture and technical direction while driving the adoption of modern engineering practices.
Develop complex front-end and back-end solutions ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
Translate business objectives from stakeholders into sustainable technical solutions for the customer experience.
Establish and champion engineering standards, code quality, testing protocols, and operational best practices.
Mentor engineers through architectural guidance, design reviews, and coaching on technical excellence.
Identify opportunities to modernize platforms and improve overall engineering efficiency.

What we're looking for

Expertise in full-stack engineering using Java/Spring Boot or Python/Django.
Proficiency with front-end technologies including Angular, React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Experience in software architecture and system design for scalable, secure, and resilient applications.
Proven experience designing backend services and RESTful APIs with robust error handling and authentication.
Knowledge of cloud and DevOps practices using Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, AWS, and/or Azure.
Demonstrated technical leadership in mentoring engineers, establishing standards, and influencing architecture.
Experience driving engineering quality through automated testing, security best practices, and performance optimization.
Ability to champion accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 and secure-by-design development.
