What you'll do

Develop, design, and troubleshoot high-quality production code across multiple technical areas.
Review and debug code written by other team members to ensure quality and security.
Identify and automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve system operational stability.
Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technology applicability.
Lead communities of practice to promote the adoption of leading-edge technologies across software engineering.
Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices for code review, refactoring, and testing.
Establish validation standards for AI outputs to ensure security, performance, and compliance.
Utilize SDLC toolchains and automation capabilities to improve delivery speed and operational outcomes.

What we're looking for

Demonstrated hands-on expertise in Hyper-V and Openshift Infrastructure development with 4+ years of relevant experience.
Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages.
Practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods.
Proficient knowledge of all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Advanced understanding of agile methodologies including CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
Practical cloud native experience and proficiency in technical processes like cloud, AI, or machine learning.
Experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools while ensuring security and data sensitivity compliance.
