Design, build, test, and maintain reliable, well-documented software solutions for internal developer tools.

Manage the distribution and packaging of software across Mac, Linux, and Windows platforms.
Guide the safe and compliant integration of AI-assisted tools into engineering workflows.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java or Go.
Proficiency in automation, continuous delivery methods, and advanced understanding of CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
Experience with RESTful API design and development.
Understanding of enterprise desktop software configuration across Mac, Linux, and Windows including OS-level environment setup and system policies.
Experience with desktop software packaging and distribution technologies like Homebrew, Chocolatey, apt/yum, MSI/MSIX, or Docker.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of AI-assisted development tools and understanding responsible AI in engineering workflows.
In-depth knowledge of financial services industry and IT systems (preferred).
Experience with cloud-based and containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Terraform (preferred).
