What you'll do

Optimize back-end applications for maximum speed, reliability, and scalability.
Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
Establish consistent validation standards for secure coding, peer review, and automated testing.
Utilize SDLC toolchains and automation capabilities to increase the value of development workflows.
Research new technologies and provide technical guidance across the organization.
Coordinate with globally distributed teams to deliver end-to-end solutions across different regions.
Synthesize feedback from Wealth Managers and Product Specialists to inform product development.
Present and demo products to users, stakeholders, and various technology groups.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
5+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud, Spring Flux, and Spring Security frameworks.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools for coding, review, and testing.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use, including data sensitivity and secure handling in engineering workflows.
Experience in Web UI development using ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Relational database development skills including SQL and data modeling.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and building applications on AWS services like Lambda, ECS, S3, Aurora, and API Gateway.
