What you'll do

Develop and deliver secure, stable, and scalable technology products for the Commercial & Investment Bank.
Lead the design and implementation of complex, high-risk, and high-visibility software projects.
Build and maintain large-scale automated testing frameworks to ensure product quality.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable feature validation.
Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices for code review and refactoring.
Establish consistent validation standards for secure coding, peer reviews, and automated testing.
Proactively research and implement innovative tools in AI, test automation, and quality engineering.
Manage the full software development life cycle to ensure operational stability and performance.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
7+ years of hands-on Software Development Life Cycle experience.
Advanced experience building and maintaining automation frameworks at scale with strong problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java.
Proficiency in automation, continuous delivery methods, and all aspects of the SDLC.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools while ensuring security and quality standards.
Advanced understanding of agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Experience with financial services industry knowledge, Golang, RUST, or contract testing (preferred).
