As a Lead Software Engineer - Home Lending Technology, you will join the team to execute software solutions, design complex applications, and perform technical troubleshooting. You will be responsible for creating secure production code, maintaining algorithms, and producing architecture artifacts while ensuring all design constraints are met during development. Your daily work involves analyzing large, diverse datasets to create visualizations and reporting that drive continuous improvements in system architecture and coding hygiene. Develop, design, and troubleshoot software solutions using non-conventional approaches to solve complex technical problems.
Write secure, high-quality production code and maintain synchronized algorithms for various systems.

What we're looking for
7+ years of hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Proficiency in coding with one or more languages, specifically Java/Spring Boot or Python 3.
Proficiency in Pyspark.
Proficiency in AWS Technologies.
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming languages and database querying languages.
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Understanding of agile methodologies including CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a discipline like cloud, AI, or machine learning.
Exposure to specific cloud technologies such as AWS EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, Lambdas, Snowflake, or Databricks (preferred).
