Lead, Software Engineer - Full Stack As a Lead Software Engineer in Group Insurance, you will partner with product owners, tech leads, and designers to improve the pre-sales platform. What you'll do

Build applications using modern design patterns and architectural principles while following industry standards.
Develop high-quality, well-documented, and efficient code for the pre-sales platform.
Write unit, integration, and functional automation tests to resolve issues discovered by QA or support.
Define feature stories with product owners and technical designs with tech leads.
Solve complex problems by analyzing data and evaluating intangible variables.
Coach team members on emerging technologies and embed continuous learning into daily operations.
Utilize programming languages including Java, JavaScript, React, Springboot, and Node.js.
Implement AWS core services and DevOps practices to support the software development life cycle.

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or experience in related fields.
Proficiency in programming languages including Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Experience with frameworks such as React, Springboot, or Node.js.
Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Advanced experience with distributed systems, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
Knowledge of NoSQL or Relational data structures, including MongoDB.
Experience with AWS Core Services such as CloudWatch, Code-Deploy, ECS, S3, and Lambda.
Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, or Subversion.
