As a Lead Software Engineer - Full Stack within the Asset & Wealth Management Client Information team, you will serve as a core technical contributor in an agile environment. You must ensure all solutions meet strict security, resiliency, and performance standards while mentoring junior engineers on responsible AI use and global collaboration.

What you'll do

Develop secure, high-quality production code and perform code reviews and debugging for other team members.
Design and produce architecture artifacts for complex applications while ensuring code meets all design constraints.
Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
Establish consistent validation standards for secure coding, peer reviews, and automated testing.
Analyze large, diverse data sets to create visualizations and reports for continuous system improvement.
Identify hidden patterns in data to improve coding hygiene and overall system architecture.
Apply Software Development Life Cycle tools and automation capabilities to increase development value.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages, specifically Java or Python.
Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Experience coding in front-end technology including React.
Experience with Cloud technology including AWS.
Proficiency in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle, including CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools and coaching engineers on responsible AI use.
In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems (preferred).
