You will also work with Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, container orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes, and various AWS tools. This position solves complex business problems by marrying data with emerging technologies in an iterative delivery environment.

What you'll do

  • Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers.
  • Develop distributed microservices and full stack systems to meet regulatory needs.
  • Deliver robust cloud-based solutions to drive customer experiences.
  • Utilize languages including JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go.
  • Manage container orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Implement and manage various AWS tools and services.
  • Mentor other members of the engineering community.
  • Experiment with and learn new technologies to stay ahead of tech trends.

What we're looking for

  • At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
  • At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Master's Degree (preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service (preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred)
  • 1+ years of people management experience (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile practices (preferred)
  • Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity (preferred)
