JOB TITLE: Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack-IC The Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack-IC joins the Risk Tech team to work with the GRC group on building and deploying proprietary risk management solutions powered by state-of-the-art AI technology. This role involves leading a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to create distributed microservices and full stack systems that meet regulatory needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions and mentoring the engineering community. The position requires proficiency in NodeJs, TypeScript, Angular, HTML/CSS, Java, SQL, Python, Kafka, and Open Source RDBMS or NoSQL databases. Candidates will utilize Springboot, VueJs, Docker, AWS Fargate, and Lambda within a microservice and micro UI architecture to solve complex business problems in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to meet regulatory needs.
Build and deploy proprietary risk management solutions powered by state-of-the-art AI technology.
Deliver robust cloud-based solutions using AWS tools, Lambda, and Fargate.
Develop applications using NodeJs, TypeScript, Angular, Java, SQL, and Python.
Implement solutions based on microservice and micro UI architectures using Springboot and VueJs.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and share knowledge on tech trends.
Utilize interactive AI tooling to accelerate software development productivity.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
Master's Degree (preferred).
9+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go (preferred).
4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service (preferred).
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred).
1+ years of people management experience (preferred).
