What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers in distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
Develop internal tools and platforms to improve engineering productivity and code quality across the organization.
Build solutions for Claude Code integrations, skills marketplaces, and AI-powered workflows to reduce friction in software delivery.
Create robust cloud-based solutions using AWS services to meet regulatory needs and enhance customer experiences.
Implement full-stack features using programming languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and SQL.
Manage container orchestration and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and share knowledge on emerging technology trends.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
Master's Degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript preferred.
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks preferred.
3+ years of experience with AWS preferred.
2+ years of experience in Docker preferred.
Work authorization that require immigration support from an employer.
