The Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack ( Cloud Native, Microservices & AWS) ( Enterprise Platforms Technology) joins the Developer Experience team to build internal tools and platforms that improve engineering productivity and code quality. You will lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to create distributed microservices and full stack systems that meet regulatory needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing solutions for Claude Code integrations, skills marketplaces, and AI-powered workflows. You will utilize JavaScript, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Open Source RDBMS, and NoSQL databases. Technical requirements include experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and various AWS tools. This role solves the business problem of reducing friction in software delivery by providing robust cloud-based solutions and interactive AI tooling to accelerate developer productivity.

What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to create solutions meeting regulatory needs.
Develop internal tools and platforms to improve engineering productivity and code quality across the organization.
Build and deliver robust cloud-based solutions using AWS tools and services.
Implement distributed microservices and full-stack systems using JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and SQL.
Manage container orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes.
Integrate AI-powered workflows and interactive AI tooling to accelerate software delivery.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and share knowledge on emerging technology trends.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
Master's Degree (preferred).
7+ years of experience in at least one of the following: Python, TypeScript, or Javascript (preferred).
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred).
3+ years of experience with AWS (preferred).
2+ years of experience in Docker (preferred).
