The Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack ( Cloud Native, Microservices & AWS) ( Enterprise Platforms Technology) joins the Developer Experience team to build internal tools and platforms that improve engineering productivity and code quality. You will lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to create distributed microservices and full stack systems that meet regulatory needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing solutions for Claude Code integrations, skills marketplaces, and AI-powered workflows. You will utilize JavaScript, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Open Source RDBMS, and NoSQL databases. Technical requirements include Docker, Kubernetes, and various AWS tools. This role solves the business problem of reducing friction in software delivery by providing robust cloud-based solutions and interactive AI tooling to accelerate developer productivity across the organization.

What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to create solutions meeting regulatory needs.
Develop distributed microservices and full-stack systems to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
Build internal tools, platforms, and AI-powered workflows to accelerate software delivery across the organization.
Deliver robust cloud-based solutions using AWS tools and services to drive customer experiences.
Utilize programming languages including JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and SQL to build enterprise platforms.
Implement container orchestration services using Docker and Kubernetes for scalable software deployment.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and share expertise on emerging technology trends.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
Master's Degree (preferred).
7+ years of experience in at least one of the following: Python, TypeScript, or Javascript (preferred).
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred).
3+ years of experience with AWS (preferred).
2+ years of experience in Docker (preferred).
