What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers in a distributed microservices environment.
Develop internal tools and platforms to improve engineering productivity and code quality at scale.
Build AI-powered workflows and Claude Code integrations to reduce friction in software delivery.
Design and deliver robust cloud-based solutions using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Create technical solutions that meet complex regulatory requirements for the company.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and share knowledge on emerging technology trends.
Utilize a full stack of technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, SQL, and NoSQL databases.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
7+ years of experience in at least one of the following: Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
4+ years of experience with open source frameworks.
3+ years of experience with AWS.
2+ years of experience with Docker.
2+ years of experience with Claude Code, GitHub, or Copilot.
Work authorization that require immigration support from an employer.
