What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers in a distributed microservices environment.
Develop internal tools and platforms to improve engineering productivity and software delivery speed.
Build AI-powered workflows and Claude Code integrations to reduce friction for the development team.
Design and deliver robust cloud-based solutions using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Create full-stack systems using JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and share knowledge on emerging technology trends.
Collaborate with product managers to build features that meet regulatory needs and enhance customer experience.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
7+ years of experience in at least one of Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
4+ years of experience with open source frameworks.
3+ years of experience with AWS.
2+ years of experience with Docker.
2+ years of experience with Claude Code, GitHub, or Copilot.
Work authorization that require immigration support from an employer.
