What you'll do

Design, build, and operate AWS-native service engineering solutions including automated provisioning and CI/CD workflows.
Develop secure, production-grade automation and agentic AI solutions integrated with cloud services and enterprise systems.
Drive team adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes.
Establish validation standards for AI-generated outputs, including security, performance, and peer review protocols.
Identify and automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve overall system stability.
Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical feasibility.
Lead communities of practice to promote awareness and adoption of leading-edge technologies.
Coach engineers on the responsible and secure use of AI within engineering workflows.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
5+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
Experience building AWS-based service engineering, provisioning, and automation solutions.
Hands-on experience designing and delivering cloud-native systems with an SRE/operations mindset.
Proficiency in Java or Python for software system development and automation.
Familiarity with agentic workflows and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or Auto-GPT.
Experience integrating AI/ML techniques including LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, RAG, and coding assistants.
Experience managing and mentoring software engineering or AI/ML teams as a hands-on practitioner.
