What you'll do

  • Lead the technical strategy and roadmap for the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform and guest-facing front-end ecosystem.
  • Drive the adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools and automated workflows across the software development lifecycle.
  • Establish engineering standards for front-end architecture, including performance, accessibility, and component-driven development.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality production code using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Angular.
  • Design and implement scalable back-end services, microservices, and API integrations to support business requirements.
  • Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews, technical design discussions, and pair programming.
  • Manage the identification and remediation of technical debt while ensuring high standards for security and maintainability.
  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical designs, stories, and implementation plans.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Demonstrated success using AI coding assistants and implementing AI-enabled automation across the SDLC with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong expertise in modern front-end development using JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js, React, and Angular in large-scale applications.
  • Full-stack experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
  • Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines and using monitoring or observability tools.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and cloud-based technologies like AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure (preferred).
