  • Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java or Python.
  • Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted development tools while establishing validation standards for correctness, performance, and security.
  • Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity and secure handling of inputs/outputs.
  • Expertise in identity and access management (IAM), including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and token-based authorization frameworks.
  • Practical experience securing agentic AI systems and familiarity with emerging agentic integration standards like Model Context Protocol.
  • Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
  • Proficiency in technical processes within a discipline such as AWS, cloud, artificial intelligence, or machine learning.
