Lead Software Engineer, Agentic AI Engineer

What you'll do

• Use AI-powered coding assistants for daily development tasks including writing, reviewing, debugging, and refactoring code.
• Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions such as RAG pipelines and agentic systems.
• Architect AI systems with focus on scalability, cost management, latency, data privacy, and hallucination mitigation.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code while troubleshooting complex technical issues beyond conventional approaches.
• Apply systems thinking to manage end-to-end component connectivity and identify automation opportunities for operational stability.
• Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical credentials.
• Influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor for daily use.
• Hands-on experience building AI/ML-powered features including RAG systems, AI agents, prompt engineering, or LLM integration.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Proficiency in Python programming and experience with Django or another web backend framework.
• Experience with React or another modern UI framework.
• Strong experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code principles.
• Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Google ADK, or similar) (preferred).
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, Chroma, or similar) and embedding models (preferred).
• Understanding of LLM evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI practices (preferred).
• Exposure to Data Engineering tools and platforms, especially Databricks (preferred).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (preferred).
• Knowledge of other cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP (preferred).
