Lead Site Reliability Engineer, Corporate KYC

What you'll do

• Conduct resiliency design reviews and break down complex problems into manageable tasks for other engineers.
• Lead initiatives to improve application and platform stability using data-driven analytics to enhance service levels.
• Establish service level indicators, objectives, and error budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI to accelerate major-incident triage, troubleshooting, and post-incident analysis.
• Implement AI-assisted reliability workflows across the SDLC, including CI/CD quality checks and test automation.
• Act as the primary point of contact during major incidents to identify and resolve issues quickly.
• Proactively identify and solve technology-related bottlenecks within specific technical domains.
• Document and share technical knowledge through internal forums and communities of practice.

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Deep proficiency in reliability, scalability, performance, security, enterprise system architecture, and toil reduction.
• Fluency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java Spring Boot, or .Net.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to improve SRE workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to evaluate AI-assisted operational recommendations for correctness, risk, and security alignment.
• Proficiency in observability tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, and Splunk.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Terraform.
• Experience with container orchestration technologies including ECS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Ability to teach new programming languages to team members (preferred).
• Ability to expand and collaborate across different levels and stakeholder groups (preferred).
