What you'll do

Develop, baseline, and maintain complex resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using SOW and WBS data.
Perform Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis, and Earned Value Management to identify performance variances.
Integrate program schedules and resource plans across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality departments.
Conduct root cause investigations to resolve complex issues and technical conflicts within the project lifecycle.
Create and present project-level reports and briefings using Gantt charts, PERT diagrams, and milestone charts for senior management.
Ensure all program schedules comply with internal procedures and project control system guidelines.
Identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts to ensure timely completion of objectives.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of relevant experience, a Graduate Degree and 7 years of experience, or no degree and 13 years of experience.
Experience in creating and maintaining resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and supporting schedules.
Proficiency in MS Project for at least 3 years (P6 experience also considered).
Proficiency in MS Office suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience working within complex engineering or production environments in the Aerospace and Defense industry (preferred).
Knowledge of PWA, MS ProjectOnline, MS ProjectServer, and SharePoint (preferred).
Knowledge of PASEG, EVMS Standard (EIA 748-D), IPPD, IPMR, and Monte Carlo Risk Analysis (preferred).
Security clearance.
