Essential tools and skills include SAP, MS Office suite, and Project, along with expertise in Earned Value Management Systems, Integrated Master Schedules, and specialized tracking systems like EEST and LTS. The role addresses complex challenges in military and commercial aviation production, ensuring seamless execution within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
Lead large, complex programs by managing cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
Serve as the primary customer interface for program activities and high-level executive reviews.
Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing bid data.
Oversee subcontractors supporting fleet maintenance and depot operations.
Drive all phases of aircraft requirements, modification planning, and execution from inception to completion.
Negotiate contracts and manage contract changes with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop technical integration plans by collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams.
Monitor Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to ensure adherence to master plans and identify risks.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, management, or related field and typically 12 years of experience, or a graduate degree with 10 years of experience.
Minimum of 15 years of prior related project/program management experience in lieu of a degree.
Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret (TS/SCI).
Demonstrated experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, engineering, or other highly regulated industries.
Demonstrated program management, negotiation, organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated experience interfacing with engineering, manufacturing, and management personnel.
Demonstrated understanding of finance, accounting, or business operations.
Work Authorization Generator (PWAG), and Engineering/Manufacturing Change Requests (ECR/MCR).
