What you'll do

Manage the cost, schedule, and technical performance of assigned contract scope and proposals.
Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Contracts, Legal, Finance, and Quality.
Direct the work of functional employees to ensure projects meet schedules, plans, and milestones.
Develop and maintain performance baselines for suppliers to support overall program goals.
Present proposed solutions and progress updates to high-level customer representatives.
Develop customer specifications and correspondence related to new systems requirements.
Provide regular status updates and presentations to internal leadership.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of program management, aerospace/defense, or military experience.
Graduate degree and 7 years of related experience.
An active Secret clearance.
Previous experience managing engineering agile and/or waterfall development projects for military ISR platforms (preferred).
Customer liaison experience to interface with and present solutions to high-level customer representatives (preferred).
Ability to develop customer specifications and correspondence related to new systems requirements (preferred).
Proven team player with outstanding customer relationship skills and a professional appearance (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
