What you'll do

Define architecture for large-scale systems software, firmware integration, and fleet automation across multiple products.
Drive the development of hardware provisioning solutions for next-generation platforms in collaboration with global data center teams.
Lead the integration of system firmware with emerging hardware to ensure seamless bring-up and sustained operability.
Analyze high-impact hardware failures to develop systemic engineering improvements for large-scale cloud fleets.
Design and implement software architecture, performance optimization strategies, and scalability solutions based on business goals.
Resolve complex technical issues involving API functionality, integration, and system-wide troubleshooting.
Establish and enforce coding standards, security protocols, and automated tools to prevent vulnerabilities.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets for high-impact initiatives while mentoring engineers on best practices.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in systems software engineering or related fields.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Expertise in defining architecture for large-scale systems software, firmware integration, and fleet automation.
Proficiency in developing hardware provisioning solutions and integrating system firmware with emerging hardware.
Experience in high-level software architecture, including performance optimization, scalability strategies, and API lifecycle management.
Ability to lead complex troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for large-scale cloud fleets.
Expertise in secure software development practices, coding standards, and threat modeling.
Proven ability to mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams.
