What you'll do

Define architecture for large-scale systems software, firmware integration, and fleet automation across multiple products.
Drive the development of hardware provisioning solutions for next-generation platforms in collaboration with global data center teams.
Lead the integration of system firmware with emerging hardware to ensure seamless bring-up and sustained operability.
Analyze high-impact hardware failures to develop systemic engineering improvements for large-scale cloud fleets.
Design and implement software architecture, performance optimization strategies, and scalability solutions based on business goals.
Resolve complex technical issues involving API functionality, integration, and system-wide troubleshooting.
Establish and enforce coding standards, security protocols, and automated tools to prevent vulnerabilities.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets for high-impact initiatives while mentoring engineers on best practices.

What we're looking for

Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Requires 6 to 10+ years of experience in systems software development or related fields.
Experience defining architecture for large-scale systems software, firmware integration, and fleet automation is required.
Expertise in hardware provisioning solutions for next-generation platforms and infrastructure is required.
Proficiency in developing secure software practices and implementing automated security solutions is required.
Ability to lead multi-quarter initiatives from prototype to production hardening is required.
Experience in advanced problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting complex system issues is required.
Proven ability to mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams is required.
