What you'll do

Architect highly scalable, resilient distributed systems and data-plane platforms for hyperscale workloads.
Implement advanced fault-tolerant mechanisms including replication, failover, and TLA+ formal verification techniques.
Establish SLO-based standards for system availability, durability, and reliability across the infrastructure.
Lead complex incident response, root cause analysis, and technical resolution for production issues.
Design automated Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategies for patching, upgrades, and rollbacks.
Develop security controls and compliance frameworks for multi-tenant cloud environments.
Define advanced telemetry, dashboards, and alerting systems to monitor system health.
Mentor engineering teams and serve as a technical thought leader on emerging technologies.

What we're looking for

Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
6 to 10+ years of experience in relevant fields.
Experience leading the architecture of highly scalable, resilient distributed systems.
Expertise in performance optimization, data-plane innovation, and fault-tolerant system design.
Ability to establish SLO-based standards for availability, durability, and reliability.
Proficiency in applying formal verification techniques such as TLA+.
Experience architecting security controls, IaC, and automated change-management solutions.
Proven ability to mentor engineering teams and serve as a technical thought leader.
