What we're looking for
Must have 7 or more years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale products, platforms, integrations, or distributed systems.
Must have 4 or more years as a lead engineer, solution architect, principal engineer, or technical lead for solution design and execution.
Requires deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, configuration, extensibility, integration, data, security, release management, and platform operations.
Requires experience with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, Copilot, and Copilot Studio integrations.
Must have experience designing reusable APIs, services, components, frameworks, or integration patterns rather than only standalone applications.
Must have hands-on experience with modern engineering practices including Git, CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure as code, containers, Kubernetes, and platform observability.
Requires experience designing or implementing production AI solutions using LLM integration, agents, RAG, tool calling, context engineering, evaluation, observability, security, and governance.
Must have experience engineering systems in regulated, security-conscious, or complex enterprise environments with a working understanding of commercial operations and data controls.
