What you'll do

Define and evolve the technical architecture for the Butterfly CXM platform to support Service & Repair experiences.
Establish engineering strategies for shared service integration, full-stack requirements, and gateway services to ensure scalable adoption.
Build foundational frameworks, SDKs, APIs, and developer platforms to support cross-functional capabilities and future use cases.
Lead the development of reusable agent frameworks, skills definitions, and integration strategies for AI-driven workflows.
Establish enterprise standards for interoperability across all AI capabilities including MCP, A2A, and A2UI.
Create a shared catalog of AI services, tools, and business capabilities for reuse across the Workbench ecosystem.
Partner with AI Core teams to implement governed agent execution, security controls, and platform observability.
Define engineering quality metrics to measure platform reuse, service adoption, reliability, and developer productivity.

What we're looking for

7+ years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale digital products, platforms, and distributed systems.
4+ years serving as a lead architect, principal engineer, or engineering lead for platform architecture and technical strategy.
2+ years developing and using AI agents and orchestration platforms.
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale platform modernization initiatives and establishing enterprise engineering standards.
Proven track record building reusable platforms, frameworks, SDKs, and developer ecosystems rather than standalone applications.
Expert in Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, Co-Pilot, and Co-Pilot Studio within a complex enterprise environment.
Experience designing and implementing enterprise AI ecosystems including LLM integrations, RAG, and Agent-based systems.
Hands-on expertise with Git, Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Infrastructure-as-Code, and the XENA platform (preferred).
