Lead Mendix Developer

What you'll do

• Design robust Mendix solution architectures that translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable enterprise applications.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of Mendix microflows by configuring logic orchestration and error handling.
• Define secure and efficient integration patterns for connecting internal systems, external services, and data platforms.
• Develop detailed Mendix application models by organizing domain entities, associations, and pages for clear data structures.
• Optimize application performance by analyzing bottlenecks, refining microflows, and tuning integration calls.
• Drive the reuse of Mendix components by curating shared modules, design templates, and integration connectors.
• Implement quality practices by defining validation rules, test cases, and deployment checklists to reduce production defects.
• Shape data models and workflows that reflect Life and Annuities Insurance policy lifecycles and claims servicing needs.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrate extensive practical experience with Mendix microflows for complex process logic and enterprise-scale workloads.
• Show strong proficiency in Mendix integration capabilities, including connectors, service consumption, and secure data exchange.
• Show deep familiarity with Mendix application development, including domain modeling, page design, and workflow configuration.
• Bring solid experience working as an architect for at least twelve years and up to fourteen years.
• Apply knowledge of Life and Annuities Insurance as a desirable domain skill (preferred).
• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate requirements and recommend Mendix solution approaches.
• Maintain high standards for security and compliance by incorporating authentication, authorization, and data protection controls.
• Obtain Mendix Expert Certified or Mendix Advanced Developer certification (preferred).
