What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience leading technical teams in media engineering environments.
  • Expert knowledge in integrating and implementing broadcast control room equipment and modern cabling infrastructure.
  • Proficiency with microservices, DevOps tools, and cloud-based storage/compute platforms; foundational cloud certification required.
  • Advanced understanding of SMPTE standards for broadcast television and video production/streaming environments.
  • Expertise in compression techniques (MPEG2/4, HEVC, JPEG 2000) and major media systems technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and sustain IP-based broadcast equipment and studio technology.
