The Lead, Manufacturing Engineering (SAP Warehouse Execution) manages ERP sustainment and improvement activities specifically for Warehouse Execution. The role requires proficiency in translating complex business requirements into effective ERP solutions, utilizing project management methodologies like waterfall and Agile. The work focuses on optimizing large SAP systems and integrating MRO processes to align technology with business operations and process standardization.
Design, configure, and test SAP modules related to Warehouse Execution.
Collect and document business requirements to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Manage large SAP system optimizations, including upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts.
Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications and process flow documentation.
Prioritize and troubleshoot complex issues within the SAP system.
Provide expert guidance on best practices and process standardization to business stakeholders.
Monitor new technologies to align SAP systems with the company's business direction.
What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of relevant experience, a Graduate Degree and 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
Must have a minimum of 9 years of experience in SAP Warehouse Execution with a proven track record of system implementations and support.
Must possess strong knowledge of the SAP Warehouse Execution workstream and familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules.
Must have excellent problem-solving skills to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Must be willing to travel 50% of the time.
Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA/ECC functionality and Configuration (preferred).
