Lead Manufacturing Engineer
As part of the Maneuver Dominance team, the Lead Manufacturing Engineer serves as the critical bridge between design intent and physical execution for an early-stage autonomous air vehicle program. You will translate complex technical data packages into robust, repeatable build realities by driving Design for Manufacturing through rigorous GD&T reviews, tolerance stack-ups, and EBOM-to-MBOM alignment. Day-to-day responsibilities include architecting production flows, authoring work instructions, managing quality plans, and troubleshooting electromechanical assembly issues on the floor alongside technicians. You will ensure product traceability while providing feedback to refine future vehicle iterations.
