What you'll do

Design, develop, and support enterprise applications using Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
Lead the architecture and development of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions.
Build and integrate AI Agents and AI-powered capabilities into enterprise applications.
Develop event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka and scalable batch processing jobs.
Design and optimize data solutions using Hibernate, Oracle, and Cassandra.
Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and enforcing engineering best practices.
Support applications throughout the entire development, deployment, and production operations lifecycle.

What we're looking for

Must have 8+ years of experience developing enterprise applications with Java and J2EE.
Must have strong hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and RESTful services.
Must have experience designing microservices and distributed systems.
Must have hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and batch processing solutions.
Must have strong database experience with Oracle, Cassandra, and Hibernate.
Must have experience building and supporting cloud-based applications.
Must have proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor development teams.
Experience with AI Agents, Docker, Kubernetes, or relevant certifications (preferred).
