What you'll do

  • Lead the design and development of complex backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
  • Architect and implement scalable microservices-based solutions for high-performance environments.
  • Manage data access layers using Hibernate and JPA while optimizing Oracle and MongoDB databases.
  • Design and manage container orchestration platforms including OpenShift and Kubernetes.
  • Develop and maintain Helm charts and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Harness.
  • Perform code reviews, static analysis, and performance tuning to ensure high software quality.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability of applications.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or university degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 6 years of software development experience with a strong focus on Java.
  • Expert-level knowledge of the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microservices Architecture, including design patterns and advanced concepts.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Hibernate, JPA, Oracle (relational), and MongoDB (NoSQL) databases.
  • Expertise in container orchestration platforms such as OpenShift and Kubernetes, including Helm chart development.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Harness for deployment automation and monitoring of distributed systems.
  • Proven leadership skills to mentor junior developers and manage stakeholder communication across cross-functional teams.
