The Lead Full stack AI Engineer joins the AI, Cloud, and Digital Engineering team to provide technical leadership in designing and deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions. You will also manage CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions and implement MLOps, ModelOps, and AI Governance. The work focuses on solving complex business problems by integrating LLMs into enterprise architectures, ensuring production readiness, cost optimization, and responsible AI practices across distributed systems and cloud-native environments.

What you'll do

Lead the architecture, design, and production deployment of enterprise-scale Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
Develop full-stack applications using React, Python, FastAPI, and cloud-native microservices.
Implement advanced AI workflows including RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, and knowledge management platforms.
Architect and manage secure, cost-optimized cloud infrastructure using AWS services like Bedrock, SageMaker, and Lambda.
Establish MLOps and DevOps best practices using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
Implement enterprise security controls, data privacy measures, and Responsible AI governance frameworks.
Conduct architecture and code reviews while mentoring engineers on software engineering standards and best practices.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Master's degree (preferred).
6+ years of software engineering experience with significant hands-on experience in cloud-native application development.
Deep hands-on experience with AWS services including Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, API Gateway, Step Functions, CloudWatch, and OpenSearch.
Expertise in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and FastAPI.
Experience developing RAG pipelines, LLM applications, and agent-based systems using LangGraph or Strands Agents.
Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries (preferred).
