Lead Engineer, Stores & Supply Chain

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and approve end-to-end functionality for product lines, platforms, or infrastructure.
• Create and own the application architecture to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Identify and drive architectural changes to accelerate feature development and improve service quality.
• Build scalable, reliable distributed systems to support retail and fulfillment networks.
• Analyze and optimize system capacity, performance, and operational health.
• Develop solutions for effective data lifecycle management.
• Act as a technical anchor and force multiplier to influence the engineering team's output.
• Partner with data scientists to implement machine learning for demand forecasting and replenishment.

What we're looking for

• A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Candidates must have 7+ years of software development experience with at least one full cycle implementation.
• Experience in building highly scalable distributed systems is required.
• Must demonstrate broad and deep expertise in multiple computer languages and frameworks.
• Ability to design, develop, and approve end-to-end functionality of a product line, platform, or infrastructure.
• Expertise in analysis and optimization of systems capacity, performance, and operational health.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate with project teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data lifecycle management solutions is required.
