What you'll do

Lead hardware engineering efforts for new development programs and sustaining efforts on existing TDL product lines.
Provide technical direction and oversight to engineers while managing project schedule and cost performance.
Apply configuration management principles to design documentation and maintain technical data packages.
Lead failure investigations related to design, production build processes, and customer returns.
Coordinate with Manufacturing and Operations to transition new hardware designs into production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new Link 16 capabilities and meet customer requirements.
Support new business pursuits by building relationships across business areas and during proposal reviews.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience, a graduate degree with 7 years of experience, or no degree with 13 years of experience.
Active U.S. security clearance.
Experience in the design of high-reliability electronic radio products and related subassemblies including PCB and FPGA development (preferred).
Experience with Link 16 (preferred).
Deep experience in Electrical Engineering and prior work experience within the Defense industry (preferred).
Demonstrated competence in technical leadership for large complex programs and IRAD efforts (preferred).
Strong understanding of both PCB hardware and FPGA design development flows (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
