Lead DLP Data Integration and Automation Information Security Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and support complex Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and data protection solutions across the enterprise.
• Automate workflows to prepare, transform, and integrate sensitive data sources into DLP platforms.
• Manage the onboarding of critical data feeds including HR, customer, financial, and regulatory information.
• Maintain integrations between DLP platforms and upstream or downstream data sources for accurate classification.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex security and integration issues.
• Conduct security risk assessments and develop remediation strategies for identified vulnerabilities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and perform proof-of-concept testing for enterprise deployment.
• Lead, mentor, and provide technical direction to junior engineers and team members.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of Information Security Engineering experience or equivalent through work, training, military service, or education.
• Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and other data protection solutions (preferred).
• Experience troubleshooting in complex technical environments for at least 5 years (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience supporting data transmission solutions like email messaging, web proxy, or firewalls in a large enterprise (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience leading and directing the activities of technical staff (preferred).
• Experience with SQL queries, API integrations, and MS SQL/Oracle databases for application support (preferred).
• Experience using scripting tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python for administration and troubleshooting (preferred).
• Security certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, or equivalent (preferred).
