Data Security Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and maintain advanced data protection and cybersecurity solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Assess security vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies using risk-based approaches.
• Integrate security practices across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Analyze security logs and tool outputs to identify control gaps, policy deviations, and threats.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for security processes, designs, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Partner with stakeholders to define security requirements and track the remediation of identified issues.
• Provide subject matter expertise on data protection technologies during incident response activities.

What we're looking for

• Must have 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or operations in an enterprise environment.
• Must have 3+ years of experience with PAM and IAM principles, including CyberArk or similar tools.
• Must have 3+ years of experience with systems and network administration in Windows and Unix/Linux environments.
• Must have 3+ years of experience implementing authentication tools and protocols such as SAML or PingID.
• Must have 3+ years of experience configuring or operating data loss prevention (DLP) tools like Forcepoint or Broadcom.
• Must have 3+ years of experience with endpoint security or management tools such as CrowdStrike or Tanium.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Work authorization to be considered for this role.
