What you'll do

Own the strategy, architecture, and operational stability for the eligibility platform, APIs, and legacy systems.
Lead the migration of eligibility processing from legacy on-premises platforms to cloud-based data services.
Manage release management, deployment safety practices, and incident response for production-critical services.
Lead and develop a multi-team engineering organization including managers and senior managers.
Manage production support and SLA adherence while communicating with business stakeholders.
Partner with architecture teams to integrate AI-enabled initiatives into team planning and prioritization.
Oversee budget, resource allocation, vendor relationships, and contingent staffing plans.
Ensure all systems and applications comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in Healthcare IT.
2+ years of experience at a Director or Senior Manager level leading application or system teams on cloud technologies.
Experience owning production-critical, high-availability APIs or systems, including release management and deployment safety.
Experience leading legacy-to-cloud modernization or data migration programs.
Experience managing a mixed FTE and contingent workforce.
Proficient in cloud engineering fundamentals, including scalable, secure API and datastore design.
Experience applying AI technologies in engineering or operations.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
