What you'll do

Lead application architecture initiatives and implement technical solutions for fixed income and equity trade processing.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications.
Manage offshore developers in Malaysia to provide support for Tech Currency and other development projects.
Integrate reusable frameworks and components into the technology stack to build shared assets.
Solve complex technical challenges by delivering clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Coach junior developers and perform regular code reviews.
Execute automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of software code.
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in applied computer science or a related field.
8 years of experience in Full-Stack Software Development (Front-end and Back-end).
Experience in Trade Processing Lifecycle and Agile Software Development Life Cycle Process.
Experience with File Transfer and Messaging Protocols, Code Management, and Code Controls.
Expertise in application architecture, development, maintenance, and integration.
Ability to manage offshore developers and coach junior developers through code reviews.
Proficiency in automated testing and software quality assurance.
