Lead Director AI Platform Enablement Automation

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of solutions for Pharmacy Segment and Consumer Wellness business lines.
• Oversee engineering teams managing both legacy middleware and modern cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Drive modernization and automation initiatives by integrating AI/ML and Large Language Models into the product lifecycle.
• Manage quality assurance processes including AI model validation and automated testing across all delivery cycles.
• Develop strategic roadmaps, manage annual budgets, and optimize operating costs by reducing technical debt.
• Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives to align with executive goals.
• Lead recruitment, talent development, and the management of onshore and offshore vendor partnerships.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project priorities.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of information technology leadership experience across various platforms.
• 10+ years of experience translating complex testing and automation strategies into measurable business outcomes.
• 5+ years of experience leveraging AI technologies, development, testing, and automation in a high-performance Agile environment.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud-native environments including Azure, GCP, and AWS.
• 4+ years of hands-on development experience across multiple technology platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Highschool diploma plus 4 years relevant work experience).
