The role requires proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, Kafka, Snowflake, Databricks, and GenAI technologies, alongside experience with NoSQL databases and cloud-based warehousing. You will also perform unit tests, mentor other engineers, and utilize interactive AI tooling to accelerate software delivery while solving complex problems related to omnichannel messaging and data modeling for downstream application consumers.

What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and support technical solutions using data movement tools and technologies.
Build scalable platforms for delivering omnichannel messages across owned and paid Adtech channels.
Develop robust cloud-based solutions using Python, SQL, Snowflake, and Databricks.
Optimize information systems for end-users and downstream consumers through sound data design practices.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and share knowledge on emerging technology trends.
Perform unit tests and conduct peer code reviews to ensure high performance and quality.
Manage data modeling, quality, governance, and permissible use across all data pipelines.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in application development.
At least 2 years of experience in big data technologies.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
7+ years of experience in application development including Python, SQL, Spark, ETL tools, or AWS Glue.
4+ years of experience with public cloud platforms, distributed data/computing tools, and real-time streaming applications.
4+ years of experience with NoSQL implementation, data warehousing (Redshift or Snowflake), and UNIX/Linux shell scripting.
2+ years of experience with Agile engineering practices.
Work authorization that require immigration support from an employer.
