As a lead developer, you will collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, test, and support technical solutions using data movement tools and distributed computing systems. You will be responsible for building data pipelines, ensuring data quality and governance, and optimizing information systems through sound data design practices. The role requires proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, Kafka, Snowflake, Databricks, and GenAI technologies, alongside experience with NoSQL databases, AWS cloud services, and Unix/Linux environments. You will also mentor other engineers while delivering robust cloud-based solutions to solve complex problems regarding customer engagement and data movement within the marketing domain.

What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and support technical solutions using data movement tools and technologies.
Build scalable platforms for delivering omnichannel messages across owned and paid Adtech channels.
Develop robust cloud-based solutions using Python, SQL, Snowflake, and Databricks.
Optimize information systems for end-users and downstream consumers through sound data design practices.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and share knowledge on emerging technology trends.
Perform unit tests and conduct peer code reviews to ensure performance and high-quality standards.
Implement real-time data streaming applications and manage distributed computing tasks.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree.
At least 4 years of experience in application development.
At least 2 years of experience in big data technologies.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
7+ years of experience with Python, SQL, Spark, ETL tools, or AWS Glue.
4+ years of experience with distributed data/computing tools like MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive, EMR, Kafka, Spark, or MySQL.
4+ years of experience with NoSQL implementation (Mongo, Cassandra) and data warehousing (Redshift or Snowflake).
Work authorization that require immigration support from an employer.
