Technical requirements include experience with Redshift, Snowflake, and distributed computing tools including MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive, EMR, Kafka, Spark, and Gurobi. You will also utilize UNIX/Linux shell scripting and interactive AI tooling to accelerate your daily development productivity.

What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and support technical solutions using full-stack development tools and technologies.
Build robust cloud-based data solutions using Redshift, Snowflake, or other cloud warehousing services.
Develop applications using programming languages such as Java, Scala, and Python.
Manage distributed microservices and large-scale data systems involving NoSQL and RDBMS databases.
Perform unit tests and conduct peer code reviews to ensure performance and design quality.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and share knowledge on emerging technology trends.
Deliver high-performance solutions for real-time data processing and streaming applications.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in application development.
At least 2 years of experience in big data technologies.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
Experience with programming languages including Java, Scala, Python, and SQL.
Experience with NoSQL databases, distributed computing tools, and cloud data warehousing like Redshift or Snowflake.
Experience with UNIX/Linux systems and shell scripting.
Experience with Agile engineering practices and interactive AI tooling.
Work authorization that require immigration support from an employer.
