What you'll do

  • Architect and implement high-performance threshold signature schemes for ECDSA key generation and signing.
  • Design and build services running inside Trusted Execution Environments like AMD SEV-SNP and Intel TDX.
  • Implement the RATS architecture to ensure hardware and software integrity before releasing key shares.
  • Develop "Cold Ceremony" workflows integrating offline hardware tokens as Key Encryption Keys for disaster recovery.
  • Write and optimize memory-safe code in Rust or Go within encrypted memory regions.
  • Create mechanisms to cryptographically bind business logic approvals directly to MPC signing sessions.
  • Translate mathematical specifications from academic whitepapers into functional production code.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience or equivalent through work, training, military service, or education.
  • 3+ years of experience in backend or systems programming with expert-level proficiency in Go (Golang).
  • 6+ months of experience with Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC).
  • 1+ year of experience with BFT consensus algorithms, P2P networking, and state replication.
  • Experience with reliable distributed systems.
  • Experience with Cosmos SDK, CometBFT, or modifying consensus logic (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Pedersen Commitments, Zero-Knowledge Proofs, MPC, or Verifiable Secret Sharing (preferred).
  • Ability to translate mathematical whitepapers into code and familiarity with Ristretto255 or gnark-crypto (preferred).
